USER GUIDE

To Access your Back Office, it is necessary download a little bit software from hotconference.

STEP 1:

First download and install the software in your PC, then click  in EJECUTAR OR INSTALL BOTTOM, then of this you will can see an additional window with a pop up. Like show below:


If your browser is download stoped, you should give the order manually to install permit of Hotconference software, if you have ani virus system, probably it will show you a little yellow message like appear in this image. You can download without problems, that means without virus.
Then click the GUARDAR OR SAVE bottom.

STEP 2:

We suggested SAVE the program with a known folder. This way is easier an quickly access.
Then click select the GUARDAR OR SAVE bottom.

STEP 3:

That means, it’s running and down loading, then you can see in your PC:


After that, you can, Click on the EJECUTAR OR RUN

STEP 4:

It will show you a window like this, then click on the Run Bottom.


It is posible that show you a little message like the red shield, but doesn’t matter, please ignore it and follow the next steps.

STEP 5:

Please Clic in the Licence Windows, then Accept.

Then Clic Install bottom, like this.

STEP 6:

To login into your hotconference room, before you need to put your first name and last name, then you need to put your Country like here, for example: Rut Smith/USA, after that you clic  OK bottom y ready to enjoy the conference Room.


If you can not view this login window, pleas try again.
If you have the same problems, please check out your Pc.
Uninstall the antivirus system (specially if norton) and seek help to computers expert.
